　　1.Do you do retail or wholesale? Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?

　　We sell samples shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15% discount depending on quantity of items. To qualify for wholesale discount ,your minimum quantity is 100 pairs. we accept samples orders.If your quantity is less than 16 pairs,we will charge $15/pair for shipment .

　　2.How do I place orders? How will the shoes be delivered?

　　You can place your order online, or fax. For online ordering, please write to us what shoes you want with sizes, colors and quantities, perfectly with pictures. Once we receive your order, we will send you a proforma invoice and packing list. And then you can make your full payment via Western Union, or bank transfer by T/T. We will send you shoes in 24 hours once we get the money. After shipment, a tracking number will be given . Usually shoes are sent via air express like EMS,TNT,UPS,DHL for 4 work days; mixed loading container(20ft 40ft) by sea for 24 days.

　　3. How can I know about my order status?

Once we send the goods, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your shoes until they reach you.

Payment Terms
Full payment should be made before the shipment of your shoes.

Payment Methods
Currently, we could accept payment through:
1.Western Union Agent: visit a Western-Union agent nearby, which could transfer some money to China.
2.Bank to Bank wire transfer (T/T: Telegraphic Transfer).
However, it takes a few days for money reach us, which may also cause delay of shoes delivery.
3.paypal:our paypal account is qbmgz@163.com.Only we accept the sample order by paypal. Note: When make your payment, please also leave your order information briefly, with your name, delivery address, and telephone number!
